All 14 casinos here in Macau are cool, but by the fact that you are a night person I would go with the Jai Alai casino. It's nice, it's dark, almost on the verge of sleazy in it's truest form. It's a gambling heaven but you aren't allowed to bring in any cameras and you might be checked for your passport. The minimum bet is between 10 and 100 MOP$. You can find it on Avenida do Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues.
